NO-SHOWS & APPOINTMENTS
If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours beforehand to prevent incurring an additional fee. Our staff always makes multiple attempts to confirm appointments either by phone, text, or email.
Arriving more than 15 minute late for your appointment may reduce the time available and could lead to a $150 fee if the appointment needs to be cancelled. As a courtesy, we allow one no-show or last-minute cancellation without penalty. However, to reschedule or book any future appointments, we require a credit card on file. For any future no-shows or cancellations, 50% of the service fee will be charged to your card. This policy is in place because we cannot fill the appointment time that was held for you. Please keep in mind that your card will be charged the 50% fee in the event of a no-show or cancellation, as we strive to serve all our clients efficiently. Thank you for your understanding.

For safety and sanitation reasons, only one guest is allowed per room.
MEDICAL CLEARANCE
There will be a one-time charge of $25 for medical clearance (Good Faith Exam) during your initial appointment session. This clearance is a must in order for us to move forward with your scheduled appointment. This clearance is done in-office via Facetime with our 3rd party Providers outside of our practice. Another medical clearance will be needed if new medical health issues occur.
PAYMENTS
To secure your appointment, we kindly request the following:
- Credit Card on File: Please provide a valid credit card to keep on file. This ensures a smooth and secure transaction process.
- Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total treatment cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your appointment and allows us to prepare the best possible service for you. All DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE.
These requests finalize your appointment and ensure a seamless experience. Single session treatment payments are required in full on the day of the service. For package treatment sessions, 50% of the payment is due on the first treatment day, to secure all remaining appointments, remaining balance must be paid in FULL prior to last treatment session.
CONSULTATIONS
All consultations are $75; however, the fee is waived when you receive a treatment or service on the same day.
BANK DISPUTES
To maintain a positive and transparent relationship, we request that you do not initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank before giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue directly. ANESTHETIC NUMBING CREAM
If you need a topical anesthetic numbing cream for your treatment, kindly arrive 30-40 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Moreover, an additional fee of $15 or more will be charged for single session of treatments.
ELECTRONIC CONSENT FORMS
Kindly fill out all electronic consent forms sent via email before your appointment to prevent any delays in your treatment/session and to ensure we stay on schedule with our appointments.
