No-Shows & Appointments
If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours beforehand to prevent incurring an additional fee. Our staff always makes multiple attempts to confirm appointments either by phone, text, or email.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may reduce the time available and could lead to a $150 fee if the appointment needs to be cancelled. As a courtesy, we allow one no-show or last-minute cancellation without penalty. However, to reschedule or book any future appointments, we require a credit card on file. For any future no-shows or cancellations, 50% of the service fee will be charged to your card. This policy is in place because we cannot fill the appointment time that was held for you. Please keep in mind that your card will be charged the 50% fee in the event of a no-show or cancellation, as we strive to serve all our clients efficiently. Thank you for your understanding.
