I am new to injectables. Is this a good place to start?
Yes. A lot of our patients come in for their first Botox or filler, so first-time consults are the norm here. Lily Gazaryan, our founder and certified injector, has 15+ years working in aesthetics. Dr. Aloysius Fobi, MD, FACEP, our Medical Director, signs off on the clinical side. Your first appointment is a sit-down to talk through what is realistic, what recovery looks like, and what it will cost, before we book anything.
I want results, but I do not want to look “done.” Can the team work with that?
Yes. Refined and natural is the look we go for here, not an obvious transformation. Lily and the team adjust dosage, product, and technique to your face and the look you want to keep, whether that is parent-of-three subtle or red-carpet polished. If we cannot get you there with a service, we will say so in the consult instead of trying to sell it.
What kinds of treatments combine well in one visit?
Often, yes. Some of our most popular visits stack treatments together: a Salmon DNA facial with light Botox touch-ups, Morpheus8 RF microneedling with PRP for skin texture, or PDO threadlifts with fillers for mid-face volume. What we combine depends on your downtime, your budget, and the look you are after, all of which we map out in the consult.
Is ALGM a fit if I want help with weight management, not just skincare?
Yes. Our Hollywood-style medical weight-loss programs are built for patients who want a doctor in the loop, not a one-size-fits-all quick fix. We layer in IV therapy, lifestyle coaching, and aesthetic treatments where it makes sense. Dr. Fobi signs off on every weight-loss plan, the same way he does on the rest of our medical work.
What if the treatment plan costs more than I expected?
We accept CareCredit financing, which lets you spread a treatment plan over fixed monthly payments with no surprise interest (your approval depends on CareCredit, not us). We also take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash. Your consult includes a clear walk-through of pricing so you know what each step costs before you commit.
