With over 15 years of experience in the medical field, Lily has worked in practice management, surgery, pharmacy technology, and aesthetics. She is certified in Morpheus8, microneedling, CO2 laser, and Candela laser treatments. Her vision for ALGM Beauty Bar is to combine medical-grade safety with artistry and self-expression, ensuring that every client receives transformative care in a welcoming environment.

As a board-certified physician and medical director for multiple practices in California, Dr. Fobi provides the regulatory oversight and compliance that ensures every treatment at ALGM Beauty Bar is performed to the highest medical standards. He reviews patient charts, oversees compliance reports, and remains closely involved in clinical decision-making to guarantee both safety and results.
