From medicine to aesthetics
Lily Gazaryan is the visionary founder and CEO of ALGM Beauty Bar in Van Nuys, California. With over 15 years of experience in the medical industry, Lily's career has spanned practice management, internal medicine, family practice, pharmacy technology, and surgical assisting at Glendale Adventist Medical Center. This deep, hands-on background gave her the expertise and confidence to create a med spa where safety and artistry meet.
Before opening ALGM Beauty Bar, Lily built and managed multiple medical practices, often praised by physicians for her exceptional clinical knowledge and leadership. Many encouraged her to pursue a medical degree due to her natural grasp of medicine and patient care. Today, she is continuing that journey through advanced nursing studies, with a clear path toward becoming a Nurse Practitioner.
Lily is certified in advanced aesthetic procedures including Morpheus8, microneedling, CO2 laser, and Candela laser systems for hair removal and vascular treatments. She combines her medical foundation with cutting-edge training in aesthetics, ensuring that every client receives safe, effective, and transformative care.
